MORPHEUS

FACETITE is a minimally invasive contouring solution for the face and small areas of the body. Results similar to a facelift or brachioplasty can be achieved without excisional surgery. This is a safe, effective and exciting treatment that offers patients significant cosmetic changes. FaceTite features RFAL (Radio Frequency Assisted Lipolysis) technology and provides superior internal and external lipolysis, resulting in three-dimensional remodeling of fibrous septa. Built-in safety mechanisms include real-time skin temperature measurements, impedance monitoring, power shutdown, and an audible feedback to help ensure patient safety.

FACETITE

Morpheus8 is the first and only device in the world that acts on the subdermal body and facial tissue to treat cellulite and localized fat as well as to transform aged features and achieve a younger appearance. It is a fractional radio frequency that penetrates to a depth of 4,000 microns with an additional thermal profile of 1,000 microns and a programmable energy level. Morpheus8 has a microneedle applicator composed of 24 covered pins that penetrate the subdermal tissue, coagulating fat and tightening connective tissue. Simultaneously, the RF energy generates subnecrotic heating of the dermis. It is a minimally invasive, safe and highly effective treatment with immediate and visible results from the first session.

When used in conjunction with FaceTite, Morpheus8 is the perfect solution for patients with laxity and irregularities in the skin's surface. With this combination, we achieve immediate results and a progressive improvement over time.

OTOPLASTIA

Otoplasty, also known as cosmetic ear surgery, is a procedure to change the shape, position, or size of the ears.

You might choose to have an otoplasty if you are bothered by the way your ears stick out from your head. You might also consider otoplasty if one or both ears are misshapen due to injury or a birth defect.

Why is it done?

You could consider otoplasty in the following cases:

  • One or both ears stick out too far from the head

  • You have large ears relative to the size of your head

  • You are not satisfied with previous ear surgery

Otoplasty is usually performed on both ears to optimize symmetry.

It can be done at any age after the ears have reached their full size (usually after the age of 18).

Otoplasty will not change the location of the ears or affect the ability to hear.

rinoplastia

Rhinoplasty (nose surgery) is a surgical intervention aimed at correcting nasal deformities (humpbacked, long, wide, or deformed nose due to congenital defects or some type of accident) by modifying its shape, which leads to a improvement of balance and facial harmony. It is one of the most frequent operations performed by the surgeon.

There are two ways to carry out this intervention. The most common is what we call closed rhinoplasty: the operation is performed through the inside of the nostrils in such a way that no external scar is visible. Through the inside of the nose, the surgeon can carve and model the nasal bones and cartilage and configure a new structure. In this way, the skin and membranes are retracted and adapted until the desired shape is achieved.

For those cases with a greater degree of difficulty, such as the modification of large tip deformities, the so-called open rhinoplasty is performed, where the surgeon directly accesses the structures of the nose. This type of intervention leaves a small, almost imperceptible scar at the base of the spine.

botox

Botulinum toxin is a neurotoxin made by a bacterium called Clostridium botulinum. It is the most powerful toxin discovered to date. The most popular version of this neurotoxin for its use in aesthetics is called Botox.

The injection of botulinum toxin into the muscle through the skin, temporarily eliminates or reduces both expression wrinkles (those that appear when making some movement or gesture with the face) and wrinkles between the eyebrows, neck and " crow's feet”, all of them due, in large part, to the contraction of the underlying muscles. The toxin temporarily paralyzes these muscles, giving the skin a smooth appearance and the expression softening and rejuvenating.

The effects begin to appear from the seventh day after application and last up to 6 months.

Frequent questions

DO YOU REQUIRE ANESTHESIA?

It is not necessary, but to minimize discomfort, an anesthetic ointment or local cold can be applied to the area to be treated before starting the session.

HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE USUALLY CARRIED OUT?

Hyaluronic acid fillers are usually performed at least once a year.

HOW LONG DO THE EFFECTS LAST?

The effects can last between 8 months  to 1 year, but it all depends on the type of skin, the age of the patient and the state of health.

IT CAN BE USED WITH OTHER AESTHETIC TREATMENTS

If possible, combine JUVEDERM fillers with  BOTOX, radiofrequency, MORPHEUS 8, FACETITE among others.

The passage of time translates into the appearance of expression lines around the eyes, mouth, between the eyebrows, the lip corners and the nasolabial folds. In addition, age also reveals other problems that affect the aesthetic harmony of the face, such as loss of volume on the lips and cheekbones.

Facial fillers are part of a quick and painless medical treatment that is carried out through infiltrations, generally of hyaluronic acid, which is a substance that is naturally present in the human body and helps to hydrate and give volume to the skin.

Hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers are safe, resorbable substances whose aesthetic effects are reversible. The folds and depressions of the face, with the application of these implants, recover volume quickly and safely.
